Do we need to copy Florida?

In the July 23 Edmonton Journal, there was an interesting article by Ray Turchansky about financial illiteracy. The article discusses the idea of creating programs to teach basic financial information similar to those offered through the Florida Literacy Council.There is no need to look that far away for expertise in financial literacy.
